Hobbies
I love long distance running (especially in Reebok Runtone shoes and Taio Cruz on my iPod). Running is not only good for me physically, but it's the one activity that really builds strength of character. Something changes in me after every run. I leave the gym with more stamina, resilience, and confidence. These qualities prepare me for other demanding situations I might encounter during the day. When I'm faced with something difficult, I tell myself, "if I survived the strenuous hour of running in the morning, I can definitely get through this."
