I have a degree from the University of California-Santa Barbara in Political Science I graduated in 2007 I was going to be a nurse and almost earned an Associate of Science in pre-nursing but I decided to stick with what I love which is traveling, learning new languages, and meeting new people I may return and get a masters in Spanish but we'll have to see about that.
Experience
Spanish is my second language. I learned it through traveling throughout Latin America and living in Mexico for three years as an expat. I have tutored Spanish to many happy students and parents. I was a bilingual customer service representative for the State of California. I remember when I first started I had a difficult time, people were hanging up on me, and I wasn't sure I could be a Spanish rep. But I didn't give up and luckily my employer was a good one. I then became one of the top Spanish reps in the call center! I couldn't have been more proud! It is my hope I can share my experiences with you and motivate you to do what it takes to learn the language!
