I have over 12 years of experience tutoring all subjects with the greatest emphasis on high school and University English, Writing, Biology, Math (Algebra, Calculus) and Spanish. I have studied abroad in Spain and worked in a clinic in Peru and therefore have a strong grasp of written and spoken Spanish language. I genuinely enjoy teaching and have had successful outcomes in the past (an average increase of 1 full letter grade). I have 2 years of experience as an SAT tutor. Additionally, I have experience in coaching and editing college admission essays. I have also tutored most subjects of the MCAT and the Step 1 medical licensing exam. As a tutor I am empathetic and patient-- I will hone in on a student's style of learning quickly and tailor lessons accordingly. I have extensive experience tutoring over skype and other online teaching platforms.
