The only thing that separates a manageable course of study from an unmanageable one is a lack of guidance. With a little bit of direction, learners can easily get back on track and start taking charge of their own progress. Having tutored since high school, I am extremely familiar with the difference that knowledgeable guidance can make in a student's progress.The areas I most prefer to tutor students in are Spanish and Writing. This is partly due to my background. I have a bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of California San Diego and recently finished graduate studies in Law at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. I am fully prepared to teach other classes, however, and apply my previously-mentioned teaching philosophy to them as well. I can tutor Math, Italian, Essay Writing, Literature, Grammar, Social Studies, and preparation for the SAT.When I have time to spare, I like to get outside a bit. I also like playing the piano and Greek folk dancing.
