I have tutored a variety of students since the age of 16, focusing primarily on the study of the English language, writing, music, and the arts. One of my most rewarding experiences was working on college essay composition with at-risk youth in inner city Boston schools. I received a perfect score on my verbal SAT test, a 780 on the SAT Literature subject test, and a 5 on both the AP English Language and English Literature Test, as well as the AP Music Theory test. My creative writing has also been published multiple times in magazines and anthologies, and I am a freelance writer in my spare time.

Hobbies

I love to perform in my spare time - I have played the oboe since the age of 12, and I also love to sing and perform in musical theatre productions. The rest of my time currently is devoted to planning my wedding, and hanging out with my fiance and our two rescue dogs.
