At one time or another I taught all levels of English. I also taught many history classes. No matter the subject or the year, my favorite part of teaching was the interaction between students and teacher. One wonderful part of teaching was meeting so many people every year! I used to think of each student as a book, and every day a page turned in the story. Tutoring is a perfect side job for a retired teacher who misses meeting the fascinating turn of the pages.
