Two years' experience as a graduate teaching assistant - tutoring and lecturing. Plenty of 1-on-1 tutoring, with lots of experience explaining problems in many different ways until finding the right one for each student. I love teaching, learning, and mathematics! Helping someone reach a "light-bulb moment" is one of the most satisfying experiences I've ever had. I've met a lot of self-described "non-math" people, and I don't believe such people exist; I think you just need the right teacher. Everyone learns differently, and finding just the right way to explain something to a student is what often makes the difference.
