Experience
I have been tutoring through the No Child Left Behind program for the sixth consecutive year. I have taught all subjects from elementary through high school, including calculus. I tutored privately for a semester for high school students at McClatchy High who were in trouble of dropping out of the HISP program (college prep classes). I have been writing professionally for eight years part time as a grant writer. I am also really patient, all the kids love me, and I love what I do. All of these qualities help as I tutor. I want to branch out into the college level courses to utilize my skills better. I have taken all math level skills through calculus. I have had to take statistics many times, and I am well versed in introductory college level classes in business: marketing and business planning/analysis.
